What we need to make your glasses

We build every lens to the exact data you send us — so the more complete your prescription, the better your glasses will fit. Please include all of the following in one message:

Order number — so we can match your prescription to your order (it starts with #).
Prescription for both eyes — SPH, CYL and AXIS for the right eye (OD) and left eye (OS).
PD — your pupillary distance. If your optometrist did not provide it, you can measure it yourself.
Frame-fit measurements — anything your optometrist recorded, such as temple width, plus any notes about how your current glasses fit.
A photo or scan of the prescription sheet — optional, but it is the most accurate way for us to check the numbers.

How to send it

Two ways — either is fine:

Email sup@odianoptics.com with the details above and your order number.
Use the form on our Contact page — paste the same details into the message field.

How long it takes

5–7 business days. For prescription orders we count from the day we receive your prescription data; for plano (non-prescription) orders we count from the day you order. Delivery time is added on top of that. If any number is missing we will email you before we start production — this is the most common reason an order takes longer.

What happens next

Then delivery is a further 5–7 business days in transit, so allow 15–20 days in total from the day we receive your prescription data (for plano orders: from the day you order) for your glasses to reach you.

We confirm your order within 1–2 business days, then make three pairs: one crafted exactly to your prescription, plus two trial pairs at ±0.50D. All three ship to you, and all three are yours to keep.
